Our engagement
We have chosen to offer short menus made up of seasonal products. This approach allows our teams to favor short circuits as a guarantee of quality and freshness.
Our company is also committed to an eco-responsible approach in order to reduce our waste and have a more environmentally friendly approach.
The menu is created by our chef Jacky Bresson and our pastry chef Sébastien Bonnamour.
